How It's Made

Golden Sappeli, like all our laminate wood floors is manufactured by us with four layers. A "wear" layer that is a strong resin enforced layer that takes all the punishment for the design that is beneath it. Underneath the wear and pattern layers is a highly compressed wood particle layer that gives the Golden Sappeli it's sturdiness. The bottom is protected by a tough resin dipped paper that stabilizes the plank and holds the materials together.
